Rigaku Supermini200 delivers high sensitivity for light elements with superior spectral resolution for resolving line overlaps in complex matrices without the need for deconvolution. Analyzing low concentration levels of light elements (F, Na, Mg, Ca, Si, Al, and P) is easy.
