Mr. Nihar Ranjan Nayak, Officer from the Supply Chain Management department of Balasore Alloys Ltd., member of CII Odisa Zonal Council, Jaipur, joined the "Connect2Industries" conference organized by the Council on 24 February 2019. MSME Additional Chief Secretary explained that 50% of contribution to GDP and 45% exports of the state can be credited to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.

The professional gathering stimulated efficient ideas and updates exchange between local Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and delegates from large industries. "This is an appropriate platform for interaction with the nearby manufacturers. It helps understand the items created nearby our company and to meet the active interest from the side of MSMEs and startups whilst communicating particular expectations from our side", the delegate from the Orissa - based ferrochrome producer commented.
